STEP 02
Schedule a Chat!
We'll set up a call or I'm always down for a coffee date.
Its a great chance for us to learn about each other!
We will walk through a VERY rough timeline to determine your coverage needs.
Our chat will be followed up by an estimate within 24 hours.
Estimates are good for 2 weeks
STEP 03
Contract & Deposit
If everything looks, great, I'll change your estimate to an invoice and send your contract for signing.
It's only a 10% deposit to officially reserve your date!
Next we'll schedule your engagement or bridal session and look forward to the wedding!
STEP 04
Wedding Time!
The week of, we will schedule one more quick call to review your timeline and changes made.
You'll receive your online gallery on or before your 1 month anniversary.
Custom USB Drive will follow shortly!
Make a gallery favorite list for your album design (if applicable).

What's an "Associate Photographer?"
-An experienced photographer, vetted and hired by Karen to photograph your wedding. With 15+ years in the industry, KGP has goto trusted and talented friends. Your chosen Associate will have the same professional gear and expertise as Karen along with a similar style. They will be fully briefed on your wedding day from start to finish. Your original images will be delivered to Karen for final editing and delivery. All communication will flow through KGP.
-Our Associate Photographers are an affordable way to have KGP images if Karen is already committed.
